This software product is copyrighted. All rights are reserved by Rich Diamant and are protected by the copyright laws that pertain to computer software. You may not loan, sell, rent, lease, give, sub-license, or otherwise transfer the software (or any copy). You may not modify, adapt, translate, create derivative works, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise reverse engineer or derive source code from, all or any portion of the software or anything incorporated therein or permit or encourage any third party to do so.

SOFTWARE USE LIMITATIONS
This copy of Diamant Modeling Tool™ (the "software") is intended for individual, educational, and commercial use. Rich Diamant retains all right, title and interest in the Software including all intellectual property rights embodied therein and derivatives thereof. The software may not be copied, resold, rented, leased, distributed (electronically or otherwise), or other for-charge basis, or for any commercial purpose. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

All artworks, images, renders, or videos showcased with or created by Diamant Modeling Tool are property of their respective owners, and no assumption of ownership is made by Rich Diamant respective owners, employees, agents or assignees.

By acquiring and retaining this software, you ascend to the terms and restrictions of the limited license.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY ON SOFTWARE
You are aware and agree that use of the Software is at your own risk. The Software, related documentation and the media are provided "as is". Rich Diamant expressly disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the software will meet your requirements or expectations. No oral or written information given by us, or any of our authorized representatives, shall create a warranty, unless prohibited by law.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Under no circumstances shall Rich Diamant, or his respective owners, employees, agents or assignees be liable for any incidental, special or consequential damages that may result from the use or inability to use the software or related documentation, even if such parties have been advised of the possibility of those damages, unless prohibited by law. In no event shall our total liability to you for damages, losses, and causes of action (whether in contract, tort or otherwise) exceed the amount paid by you for the Software.
